Over the last fifteen years I have been working as a journalist and photographer, travelling around the world to narrate through my photo reportages and projects different stories, human stories. During this fifteen year journey I gained experience that helped me grow up and become wiser as a woman and as an artist.
My curiosity drew me to this profession. A wish to travel, understand and narrate stories of the world that surrounds us. Using each time different mediums:
printed paper,photojournalism, reportage, documentary, portraits,human rights campaigns such as “The stolen eyes” and nowadays the web interactive platform which i find a challenging new virtual world yet to explore.
After two years in Barcelona, Spain where I developed several projects i decided to explore the other side of the Mediterranean sea and set my base in Tunis, Tunisia, Maghreb area, where i currently live working on “Women in Between”. A new project that wants to narrate through a journey along Tunisia, Italia; Spain, Morocco; Greece and Turkey: Love, Honor and Shame. Three key-‐points of the patriarchal culture in the Mediterranean region.
